Ya, and then DH finds out he didn't need to work after all. Shocked . He'd woken me up way early (while trying to be quiet) and then I couldn't sleep anymore.. was thinking to train, then checked both the weather and the traffic info : atrocious weather combined with the aforementioned road works= BIG traffic jam!
Heard this morning had one of the longest traffic jams of the year sofar!

Slightly up in wt, BBT keeps dropping . If things go like last time I"ll be hungry for a refeed when BBT hits rockbottom.

Same wt, same BBT.. reworked the cycle as Aunt Flo really came too early in full force on Thursday to be writing that day off.. so am on cycle day 4 now.
Always too frigging funny how easy it is to stay compliant, even with much lower calories! There's really a switch on the ole body that makes you run on far less carbs when BBT is lower!

At this pace I should be losing another lbs this cycle.. don't mind a slow pace, but DO mind to see it creeping up over time.. STILL undecisive on what to do in the gym! OLY lifts really come first & then I'm mentally 'DONE"!
